There are no caps on how many marketing campaigns you send or how often you mail your list. Send daily newsletters, product announcements, or one-off broadcasts — the frequency is yours to decide. The only limit is your active contact count.

Transactional emails are triggered one-to-one messages sent via our API: order confirmations, password resets, receipts, and so on. They go through a different sending path than campaigns, so we meter them separately. Each plan includes a generous monthly quota, and you can always buy more at $0.001 per email.

We'll alert you at 80% of your quota. If you exceed it, additional transactional emails are billed at $0.001 each (one-tenth of a cent) — your API keeps working and you pay for what you use at the end of the month, up to the overage spend cap you set in Billing (default $50). That cap is a safety limit: sending pauses only if you'd blow past it, so a runaway loop can't run up a surprise bill. Raise or lower it anytime.

Every month we automatically verify a portion of your contacts — checking they're real, deliverable addresses and not spam traps. We focus on the highest-risk contacts first so your sender reputation stays healthy. You don't lift a finger.

We monitor every campaign. If bounce rates climb above 5% you'll get a heads-up; above 10% we'll automatically pause sending so your domain reputation doesn't take a hit. You can clean the list and resume in one click.

Your contact cap is the maximum number of active (non-unsubscribed) contacts you can store. You can always remove contacts to free up space, or upgrade your plan for a higher cap. Unsubscribed contacts don't count toward your limit.
