If a campaign would take you past the allowance, we show you how far over and what it costs before anything sends.

Every plan includes one monthly email allowance, and both kinds of sending draw from it: campaigns to your list, and transactional messages sent through the API (receipts, password resets, order confirmations). One number to watch instead of two. Go past it and additional emails are $0.002 each.

We'll alert you at 80%. If you launch a campaign that would run past the allowance, we show you exactly how many emails go over and what they'll cost before anything sends — then you choose: upgrade, send anyway, or cancel. Nothing is billed without you agreeing to it. Transactional sending never stops: it keeps going and is billed at $0.002 each, and you pay for what you use at the end of the month — because a password reset failing over a quota is an outage, not billing. A campaign already sending always finishes; we never halt one mid-send. Your overage spend cap in Billing (default $50) bounds the total, so a runaway loop can't run up a surprise bill.

Every month we automatically verify a portion of your contacts — checking they're real, deliverable addresses and not spam traps. We focus on the highest-risk contacts first so your sender reputation stays healthy. You don't lift a finger.

We monitor every campaign. If bounce rates climb above 5% you'll get a heads-up; above 10% we'll automatically pause sending so your domain reputation doesn't take a hit. You can clean the list and resume in one click.

Your contact cap is the maximum number of active (non-unsubscribed) contacts you can store. You can always remove contacts to free up space, or upgrade your plan for a higher cap. Unsubscribed contacts don't count toward your limit.
