We show it at the bottom of every campaign and automation email, whichever country you send from. It's a standard anti-spam rule, and it shows people who the email is from.
Every PristineSend account gives one, wherever it is, as at other email services. There are three reasons, and none of them depends on where you are:
At the bottom of every campaign and automation email, beside the unsubscribe link, with your organization name. A campaign without both can’t be sent, and an automation without them can’t be turned on.
Emails you send through the API, such as receipts and password resets, don’t include it.
The rule is ours, not one country’s, so it applies to every account. Within Europe the law also differs by country. Germany expects newsletters to carry an Impressum, your name and full address, in the email or one clear link away. Austria expects it in the newsletter itself when you send one at least four times a year.
This page isn’t legal advice. If you are unsure what your country requires, ask a lawyer where you are.
You don’t have to use your home address. Any address where you can receive post works: an office, a coworking space, or a mail service that receives post for you.
Your organization name and mailing address are in Settings → Workspace, under Company & mailing address. A change applies to emails sent from then on. To use a different address for one campaign, tick Use a different postal address for this campaign at the bottom of the campaign editor.
